The Positivity Paradigm: A Realist’s Guide to Good
When you think of people who bring about change at work or in the community, do you picture an optimist? Sometimes it feels like you have to see the world through rose-colored glasses to do great things, but you don’t have to be an optimist to think and respond positively as an agent for change. “The
Positivity Paradigm: A Realist’s Guide to Good” is about re-framing the way you deal with negative situations and people and learning how to be more grateful every day. This is a guide on how to make positive change in your work, home or community by starting with yourself.
