About our Presenter:

Thresette is the founder and Chief Performance Officer of Performance 3 (P3). With over 80 team years’ experience, P3 has helped companies with up to 10,000 employees and revenues over $13 billion develop successful high-performance strategies with coaching, speaking and training. While primarily collaborating with leaders in small business, nonprofit and higher education, P3 has successfully collaborated with other industries.

An award-winning consultant, certified John Maxwell Team Coach, Speaker, Trainer, SHRM-Senior Certified Professional, and DDI Facilitator, Thresette has been featured in international conferences, authored numerous articles, is the inventor of IDS Performance Coaching®, and Co-Founder of the Neumation™ method. She serves on the NAWBO Indianapolis Board of Directors and co-chair for Great Lakes WBE Central Indiana Forum. Thresette received her BBA from Wichita State University, and her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
